01 Definitions & Scope

In these Terms & Conditions, "x30", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the x30.click platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on the x30 platform. "Platform" refers to the x30.click website, mobile app, and all associated services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all x30 services — including Sports Betting, online lottery, casino games, and instant win games. x30's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration & Management

To register on x30, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own. Registering with someone else's contact details will prevent account verification. x30 may request additional identity verification at any time.

• You must keep your account login credentials completely confidential.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• To update your information, please contact the support team.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on x30. During registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. x30 may request age verification at any time via national ID, passport, or birth certificate.

If anyone under 18 opens an account using false information, the account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited. x30 has a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming.

04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on x30 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — whether via bKash, Nagad, or any other accepted payment method. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• For failed transactions, funds are returned within 3–5 business days.
• X30 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• If wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be partial.
• X30 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if money laundering is suspected.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

X30 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Bonuses will be void if claimed using multiple accounts or a VPN.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed from your account.
• X30 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• X30 reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on x30, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of each bet is determined by the actual result of the relevant event.

• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be declared void.
• X30's decision on odds determination is final.
• Bets may be voided if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• X30 is not liable for any losses resulting from data delays in live betting.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x30 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same individual.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the system to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using x30 to attempt money laundering.
• Hacking & Cheating: Using software or technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your x30 account to a third party.
• Harmful Conduct: Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other users or staff.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

X30 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

X30 is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, store, and use your data solely to provide our services and ensure security. Your information is never sold to third parties.

10 Limitations of Liability

X30 accepts no liability for the following:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider.
• If a game is interrupted due to an unexpected technical issue.
• If your account details are compromised due to your own negligence.

However, if financial loss occurs due to x30's own negligence, we will accept responsibility and provide appropriate compensation.

11 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, contact the x30 support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint. x30 takes every complaint seriously, considers all parties involved, and reaches decisions impartially. Final decisions may be appealed before the relevant courts in Bangladesh.

12 Changes to Terms & Effective Date

X30 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and communicated via registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
